Uploading Your Files
You can easily supply your artwork by using file transfer service wetransfer.com. When using wetransfer please specify the address to send artwork to as studio@printroommanchester.co.uk

File Formats
We accept: PDF, TIFF, PSD, AI, EPS and JPEG. These are our preferred formats.
Other popular formats such as PUB, DOC and PNG are also accepted once verified but we would prefer these to be supplied as PDFs. Often you can ‘save as’ or ‘export’ as PD’s.

Resolution
A minimum of 300dpi for all printed matter. Images in CMYK.
- Illustrator and Photoshop
When using Illustrator, fonts should be converted to outlines. When using Photoshop, layers should be flattened, at least 300 dpi, JPEG or TIFF.

What is Bleed?
The Trim lines help indicate where the product is cut down to the desired size and refers to the end of the paper or finished size of a product.
The Bleed is the area to be trimmed and ensures that no unprinted edges occur in the final trimmed document.
The Safe Margin is the area between the text and graphics that are not meant to be trimmed.
Please supply artwork with 3mm bleed on all edges and crop marks.
